1. Appointment Request and Confirmation
- Pending Approval: Please note that all service appointment requests submitted through our online booking system are pending approval by the Fretz RV Service Team.
- Confirmation Call: After submitting your booking request, a member of our service team will review your requested details. You will receive a call from us to confirm the specifics of your service, including the date and time. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive this confirmation call.
- Emergency Services: If you require emergency service or need immediate assistance, please do not use the online booking form. Instead, call us directly at 215-723-3121.
2. Appointment Details
- Accuracy: Please ensure that all information provided in your booking request is accurate. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay the approval and confirmation of your appointment.
- Changes and Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your requested appointment, please contact our service team as soon as possible at 215-723-3121. Note that changes or cancellations are subject to approval and availability.
3. Acceptance of Terms
- By submitting a service appointment request, you acknowledge and accept that your appointment is only a requestand not confirmed until Fretz RV contacts you directly to verify and approve the details.
- You agree to wait for a confirmation call from Fretz RV before assuming that your requested date and time have been scheduled.
- You accept that Fretz RV reserves the right to reschedule or deny appointment requests based on availability, workload, or other factors.
