Conditional Prize Contest

License to win

  1. Fretz RV will conduct the contest on the above listed date(s) for a chance to win the following grand prize: a. $10,000 Towards a Purchase
  2. Contest can be entered at Fretz RV beginning 3/11/24. In order to be considered eligible to win the grand prize for this contest, contestants must be in possession of a valid driver's license. A maximum total of (2,000) contestants) will be eligible for the chance to win the grand prize during the contest period. All attempts to match the winning number will cease at the close of business on each event date listed above, regardless of the number of contestants who have attempted to match and win.
  3. Contestant (s) will have the chance to win the grand prize by attempting to match the last (6) digits of their driver's license number in exact sequential order to the predetermined winning number on display at Fretz RV. Each and every contestant will be required to complete an official registration form including their full name, complete address, telephone number, and pertinent driver's license information before being considered eligible to win the grand prize. The contest sponsor reserves the right to change the winning number at any time during the contest, for any reason, and without notice. If any finalist successfully matches their driver's license number to the predetermined winning number in exact sequential order, that finalist will win the grand prize stated above. There will be a maximum of (1) winners). If no finalist successfully matches their driver's license number to the predetermined winning number in exact sequential order, no grand prize will be awarded.
  4. If there is a grand prize winner, the winner must come to Fretz RV at a mutually agreed date and time at least 2 weeks prior to delivery of the grand prize.
  5. The contest is open to persons 18 years of age and older with a valid driver's license. All driver's licenses used by participants in the contest must be purchased, renewed or issued a minimum of 30 days prior to the start date of this event. Employees of Fretz RV and other related sponsors and their immediate families may not participate and are not eligible to win. The term "immediate families" includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.
  6. Persons who have won another contest or promotion of any kind from Fretz RV within 30 calendar day before the contest are ineligible to win.
  7. Difficulties with getting to locations to enter the contest are not the responsibility of Fretz RV.
  8. As winner of the grand prize, you will be required to sign a release form before your prize will be awarded. You will be responsible for all applicable title fees, registration fees, and taxes including state, local, and federal and therefore must present a completed W-9 form before claiming your prize.
  9. As a grand prize winner, you acknowledge that Fretz RV and GPP have the right to, without further authorization, publicize your name, character likeness, photograph, voice, and the fact that you are a grand prize winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.
  10. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win the contest. Void where prohibited
  11. There will be no substitution for prizes. Participation in the contest and prizes awarded are non-transferable. Failure to collect the prize constitutes forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of Fretz
  12. Fretz RV reserves the right to make rule or contest changes without notice at any time and reserve the right to change the aforementioned contest date(s) without notice.
  13. The decision of Fretz RV management in the interpretation of these rules is final. By participating, persons agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges and the official rules.
  14. If the winner is found in violation of these rules he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize.
  15. Fretz RV, their representatives, agencies and employees, are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of this prize.
  16. Fretz RV, their representatives, agencies and employees, are not responsible for any changes or difficulties in travel or prize delivery
  17. Odds of winning are 1 in 1,000,000. The chance to win the grand prize includes:
    A Maximum of (2,000) contestants(s) will be eligible for the chance to attempt to win on each event date. Contestants) will have one (1) attempt each to match the last (6) digits of their valid driver's license in exact sequential order to the predetermined winning number in exact sequential order on display for this contest. If any contestant successful matches their driver's license number in the exact sequential order to the predetermined winning number, that final ain’t will win the grand prize as stated above. The prize does not cover any other expo sees, including but not limited to tax. Fretz RV is not responsible and will not provide no warranties regarding the use of the grand prizes.
