CLOVID-19 Update

Our Parts & service departments will be OPEN Monday thru Friday 9am to 6pm by appointment only.

Our RV Sales Showroom will be CLOSED.  Our Internet RV Sales department will be OPEN Monday thru Thursday 9am to 8pm, Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm.  Please contact us for additional information.  


We take the health and well-being of our customers and team members very seriously. After careful consideration, Fretz RV has decided to remain open as long as possible to serve our customers’ needs for RV service and sales.   We will update the website with any new developments that impact our operating hours.

Many families and individuals live in their RVs full time and we want to continue to be available for them if they need us. Others continue to purchase RVs per their existing plans or in response to this new challenge.   RV vacations in the great outdoors may be one of the few healthy alternatives to crowded airlines and hotels during this unprecedented time in the United States.   

We are committed to keeping our customers and employees safe and healthy.

Here's How...

  • Reduced hours to Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
  • Regular disinfecting of all contact surfaces throughout the dealership and RVs
  • Employee instruction in effective hand-washing and hand sanitizing
  • Social Distancing - we will greet you with a smile and hello but no handshake
  • We make shopping online easy and are happy to work with you over the phone.
  • We have asked our employees to please stay home if they are not feeling well, and would ask the same of our valued customers
  • Our service team has been instructed to wipe down commonly used surfaces often using disinfectant cleaner

Additionally, and whenever possible, we are striving for contactless transactions. Please take a moment to review our most recent policies for your parts and service needs.

PARTS ORDERING & PICK-UP: Please call ahead and place your order over the phone for quick, contactless pick-up. Instead of paying via cash or check, please call and make payments over the phone with a credit card to expedite the check out process.

SERVICE: Please call ahead for instructions about where to drop off, as well as where to pick up when your RV repair is completed. Please make a payment with a credit card over the phone to expedite the check out process. Steering wheel covers have been ordered and will arrive shortly and be used immediatley.
