At Fretz RV, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a clear and transparent return process. Please review the policy below, which applies depending on the type of item purchased:

🚐 RV Sales

All RV sales are final. Due to the nature of these purchases, returns are not accepted once an RV is delivered and paid for. We recommend all RV buyers complete a full inspection prior to delivery.

🛒 Parts, Accessories, and Store Items

Most store items are eligible for return within 15 days of purchase if:

• The item is unused, uninstalled, and in like-new condition

• Original packaging and documentation are included

Installed or used items are not returnable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

How to Initiate a Return

Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for any refund to appear on your credit card statement after the return has been processed.
