Overview
The 2027 Storyteller Overland GXV EPIC is an ultimate overlanding expedition vehicle built on an exclusive converted Kenworth K370 4x4 chassis. Powered by a 6.7L Cummins Turbo Diesel engine paired with an Allison 6-speed automatic 3500 HD transmission, this rig is engineered for global travel and demanding off-grid exploration. Key mechanical features include front and rear locking differentials, a 50:1 crawl ratio, King Off-Road shocks, 44-inch Bridgestone tires on forged aluminum wheels, and a 20,000-pound ComeUp winch.
Inside the vacuum-sealed 60mm composite sandwich panel body, the GXV EPIC delivers luxury and all-season comfort. The interior features a master bedroom with an RV queen bed under a large ArmorVision skylight, paired with a front dinette that seats four adults and converts into a full-size bed. Climate control is maintained by a 15,000 BTU Truma Aventa air conditioner and an Aqua-Hot hydronic heating system. The gourmet galley is appointed with Corian solid-surface countertops, a dual-burner induction cooktop, a stainless steel refrigerator, a convection microwave air fryer, and a Guzzle H2O water purification system.
Off-grid endurance is backed by an 18kWh Mastervolt power system, a 4,500W inverter, 1,980W of roof-mounted solar panels, and an Onan QD 6,000W diesel generator. With 120 gallons of fresh water capacity and a 200-gallon fuel tank enabling up to 1,800 miles of driving range, travelers can remain self-sufficient anywhere in the world.
